Our Seamless Process

Design Proposal

After discussing client requirements, the mood of the project and the overall look and feel is defined.

Design Package

A suggestive concept intent, material palette and furniture layout is woven together at this stage.

Renders

The concept is rendered into a more accurate 3D visualisation of each space.

Working Drawings

On approval of the renders, working drawings/GFC’s are produced to hand over to the site team.

Final Selection

A selection board is made by curating the furniture, decorative lighting and soft furnishings.

Procurement and BOQ

Specifications and requirements play the part here, and calculations, co-ordination and comparison see us through.

Site Coordination

At this stage, site visits take place periodically ensuring quality control and execution of design as per drawings.

Embellish & Style

Through the right selection and placement of accessories and artefacts, the final touch is personally added.
